Kettlebell Swing Challenge for Breast Cancer Awareness Month
We are raising money for Breast Cancer and helping people get fit – Please join us!
The actual Kettlebell swing component is to declare and commit to a set amount of swings – we are suggesting 100, 200 or 300 swings daily. Obviously you can break up the amount however you would like- even changing up the size bell you use.
Those participating would do X amount of swings every day for the 31 days in October.
Even if you can’t bite off a big commitment – what about 31 swings per day?
We will be looking for videos where you show your swings and tag your friends to join in (so even if they don’t do all 31 days with you they took 5 minutes out of their day to SWING FOR A CURE). Please add the hashtag #kbswingforacure or #becausetobeytoldmetodoit LOL kidding….
We are asking all participants to donate (at least) $31 (number of days in October – Breast Cancer Awareness Month) Directly to:
The UMass Memorial Comprehensive Breast Center in Worcester, Massachusetts.
You can drop off a check at either FA location and we can send them all together or you can donate on line (choose Breast Cancer as the “wish to donate to”)
If donating online just get us a copy of your donation and you will be officially registered in our event.
All Swing Challenge event participants will be entered into a raffle on 10/31 and we will give away 3 Kettlebell 8 week Sessions or Intros.
