Sheri Paquette | The Fitness Asylum

Sheri Paquette

If someone ever told you, “you are going to feel the best you ever felt in your life, have a ton of energy and just be a better person all around oh and have an incredible body”, would you ask how? Well that is exactly what this Fitness Asylum competition has brought to my life.
Prior to having kids I was always an athletic person having run 5 Boston Marathons and numerous 5k and half marathons, I completed 3 Triathlons, did Crossfit 4-5 days a week and the list goes on. Once I had my kids life became all about them and my family and less about me and my needs. 2 years ago I finally decided that in order for me to be the best person I can be and the best mother and wife I can be I need to focus on ME. That is when I came across the Fitness Asylum and their competition team. Being a self competitive person this was right up my alley. It taught be how to stay focus and it pushed me to new levels I never knew I had in me and I LOVED it! I have learned that diet is key to not only weight loss/maintain success but to your mental success as well. I have found between their bootcamps and my crossfit gym workouts I have become the strongest and most fit I have ever been in.
This was a big year for me as I turned 40 last June and I can honestly say this is the fittest I have ever been or ever dreamed of being. This is not about anyone else but me and I am so proud to say I am kicking butt at life!
