I always wanted to do a figure diet/show, but was petrified I wouldn’t be able to stick with plan. I would always see people that I know doing the diet and I didn’t want to deprive myself of sweets nor did I think I could quit them. I already worked out, so that was already in my daily regimen. My friend Sersa had done a show through fitness asylum and she told me I could totally do it. She gave me the confidence that telling me I already had the muscle and the diet will come as I do and follow every day. So I decided to do the bikini challenge and diet and I followed it to the plan daily everyday. I did not cheat in 3 months and I followed exactly what I was told to do. I lost a total of 22 pounds and felt great. My goal was to always get abs and in the end I did get. Never mind getting the confidence to walk on stage in a bikini. With all my hard work and discipline I walked away with two trophies in 5th place for figure and physique. Doing this I have a lot of friends who come to me to talk to me about what they need to do to eat healthy. Which I love being a role model and helping other people succeed in their healthy lifestyles.
