I am going to start out by saying The Fitness Asylum changed my life.
Plain and simple. They helped me become me again and I am forever grateful.
I let my weight get out of control during college and it was something I was afraid I’d never be able to fix. I truly thought I would be overweight forever because there was no way I would find the strength to lose the 50+ lbs I wanted off my body. The Fitness Asylum helped me find that strength, and I don’t just mean by gaining muscle. It helped me find the strength in myself to want to fix my life and the mess I had made. The diet (which I wouldn’t even call a diet, I would call a lifestyle change), the workouts and the HUGE support system The Fitness Asylum has been the best thing to happen to me. It made me feel so good to know that I was losing weight the right way and that I was losing it in a way where I could keep it off long term. I lost 30 lbs in 3 months which I never thought was possible and I’m not done yet! If me, the 22 year old college student who would binge eat on pizza and not work out for months – sometimes even years at a time can do it, anybody can. I am forever grateful to this place; it is truly a life changer.
