Down another 10 pounds after completing the summer challenge. I was at 217 on April 1, joined the spring challenge at 211; total weight loss 37 lbs!! Holy shit!! I know right. I am super stoked, I am so damn proud of myself. I couldn’t of done it without all of the support from everyone at the fitness Asylum. Special thanks to Bonnie Lefrak & her awesome team of trainers; And a special thanks to all the members who have encouraged me along the way. Everyone I have met and worked out with at every location has been supportive and positive. I am so proud to be part of the fitness Asylum community. I’m so excited to start my third challenge, can’t wait to see where I’m at in November🤗
