Meggin Anderson | The Fitness Asylum

Meggin Anderson

What an incredible experience!
I’ve been on my permanent health and fitness journey since the birth of my last child, he is now 4. I got down to my pre pregnancy weight a couple of years ago, but for me personally, I am always trying to be better, challenge myself. I knew enough about my nutrition to only get me so far (through trial and error) and had been feeling stuck for a long time. I had always wanted to do a competition, I felt like this was going to be the next level for me in my health and fitness, I definitely wasn’t afraid to put in the work or discipline, but wasn’t really sure how to go about it.
When I saw my friends going through their own competition last spring I was super excited and jumped at the next opportunity to join the next bikini challenge.
What the fitness Asylum offers is so unique to anything else that you will find for something like this. Not only do you get a trainer, Coach and A to Z guidelines and Guidance along the entire way, but you are doing this with a group of (50?) other women working towards their personal goals. The team dynamic that is created is unlike anything else that you will experience.
I can’t say enough about my own personal experience – thanks for un-stucking me! and I can’t wait to do it all over again this Spring!
