I hadn’t yet shared my story to the inner circle page because I just didn’t know where to start.

Shortly after the 12 week challenge ended I went on vacation for nearly two weeks and it quickly hit me. It hit me because on vacation I took a break from everything, the gym and my food counting. And boy did it hurt to get back on track and in the gym this week 😉

While it isn’t necessary to do that all the time, through this program I have been given the tools, ideas, mindsets and ways to be successful. Which in turn have empowered me, allowed me to regain control and to make progress towards my goals.
Below I have the physical proof the work pays off. I am NOT at my finish line, but very proud of what I achieved through my 12 week challenge! See y’all in the fall challenge, until then you can find me in the gym.😘💪🏻❤️
