I love working out. It makes me feel strong and gives me energy to keep up with my three kids. Working out is a great stress reliever. My youngest child is epileptic so there have been many challenges that come with that. I also am a realtor and I love it. Although that comes with the stress of helping others make usually the biggest financial investment that they may ever make.
I heard great things about the gym and signed up for a month bootcamp in 2015. I never felt stronger. I have always done a lot of cardio but weight training is what really built up my muscles and kept the weight off. The music is pumping and you team up with a partner to get the workout circuit done.
I decided to do the bikini challenge in January. I grew up with a group of ladies that also likes to stay fit. Jaylynn and I played soccer together growing up. We wanted to do it together. I wasn’t looking to lose weight. I wanted to build more muscle and eat healthier. I followed the plan and gained 4 pounds of muscle. My confidence has improved. I am constantly working on improving myself inside and out. It’s the little steps that have helped me grow.
Fitness Asylum is a great place to make friends with people who like to workout and challenge themselves. This is a gym for everyone. You always leave happy that you went. Thank you Bonnie for opening this gym and being a fierce leader.
