Wow! What an amazing 12 week journey! The scale says I lost 11.4 but my mind gained so much more. I learned how to eat properly and I learned the key to success is making a plan and sticking to it. I did fall a few times but I remembered during the kickoff Bonnie said “to get the fuck up and move on”! I did just that and I feel so much better than I did on January 14th. I’m now looking forward to the Spring Challenge and continuing on this journey to a healthier, stronger me!
