The 12 Week Challenge was just what I needed to get me feeling like my old self again. I had been around the same size for a very long time – give or take a couple pounds – but I always exercised so it was not a problem getting back to my comfortable weight. Until the exercise decreased and the diet was poor. I could no longer exercise my way back to a comfortable weight when the scale showed about 10 pounds over my comfort zone. The 12 Week Challenge got me back into my jeans and I’m feeling like myself again. I’m so glad I did it! Thanks Bonnie!
