I have battled my weight for pretty much my entire life.

A year ago, I was a complete couch potato who hated to exercise, and just simply hated to sweat… Today, 3 FA body challenges later, I am down almost 60 pounds!

After many encouraging conversations with friends who were already participating, I signed up for my first Body Challenge. Much to my surprise, I lost 24 pounds and suddenly found a new lifestyle.

I truly believe that if I can do this, anyone can.
