Wow just wow- down 38 pounds!!!! I am never going back to what I was and this bikini program has taught me how to be the best version of myself through workouts and food and the friendships I’ve made. I now know how to eat to fuel my body and that’s because of this program. This program is not about starving yourself! I just have to say that because I have heard people say they could never do this challenge because they need to eat. There are 6 meals a day and many times I could only eat 4. The plan is simple to follow, everything is laid out for you. If you can read you can do this program. You just have to have the desire to do something for yourself.

The support of the coaches and the friends you will meet, it’s all just amazing. Bonnie has put together a group of like minded people with a goal of being the best version of themselves, there is a strong sense of camaraderie here. If you fall down there will be 20 or more people right there offering advice or just listening. I have never been a part of a group of women all truly rooting for one another. It doesn’t matter how big you are, how strong you are, you will be the very best version on yourself in that moment on the stage. It’s you versus you and you will feel amazing. I lost 38 pounds from start to stage and since then I have only gained 5 pounds back, I am a size 4 and a size small shirt!!!! This is crazy for me but I am committed! You can do this!!!
