I love working out. Have for the past 8 years…nonstop. Started with running to train for races. Did a couple marathons, halves and plenty of 5ks. Was pretty persistent with tracking my food, too. I am a creature of habit so show me how and I will follow. Always wondered why I couldn’t seem to slim down. With my hips and legs breaking down, I decided to try something different in May 2017. Fitness Asylum was great. I started to build muscle and get stronger but the scale still didn’t move.

All the cool kids were doing the Challenge and seeing amazing results, so I jumped on in January. Never imagined I could learn so much! I need to eat good carbs and fats, what?!?! Pounds just started coming off. And I didn’t have to work my ass off like a dog. I guess I wasn’t destined to be the big boned girl that I thought I was.

You should never doubt investing in yourself. Fitness Asylum goes above and beyond to give you the tools and support you need. Finally, be that person you want to be.
