As I was about to turn 40, I wanted to finally get in shape. I committed to this journey, I followed the rules, I trusted the process and lost 30 lbs and toned/gained muscle in a little over 3 months.I learned a lot and it was hard at times, mostly mentally. My husband and the FA family really kept me motivated and sane. It is important to surround yourself with people who understand what you are going through and who support you. I have a totally new relationship with fitness, most significantly with weigh training. I was completely out of my comfort zone and couldn’t even do 1 push up, but with patience, commitment and motivation, you can do it too!!! Best decision I ever made. Thank you Bonnie, Fitness Asylum, Gail, and all of the people in my life that were there with me during this journey.
