Analise Rooney

I have always been a pretty active person. Whether it was kickboxing, bootcamps or Muay Thai I was always involved in some sort of physical activity. I would try different diets here and there while being active but never got the results I wanted, which would make me discouraged and I’d eventually stop everything and go back to my old unhealthy habits.

That’s when I hit my all time high weight back in September of 2017. I reached a point where I was tired of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin! I was also about to turn 30 and really wanted to do something to look better by the time my birthday rolled around (Nov.) I remember talking to my mom about it one day and she was also unhappy about her current weight. One of my moms friends told her about this really cool gym called the Fitness Asylum. We looked into the website and my mom and I decided to give it a try. We started in the beginning of September with just the bootcamps, then the holiday blitz and we were HOOKED!! We had already seen great results but wanted more. At that point we knew it was time to give the body challenge a go.

Let’s just say I am so glad we finally did the body challenge!!!
The amount of motivation, encouragement and positivity from the team captains and friendly competitive teammates was phenomenal! The support among the team was just incredible. I also learned a lot about healthy/clean eating during the 12 weeks that I will continue to use on a daily basis.

I’m down 19.8 lbs and feel amazing! My confidence is at an all time high and I am wearing sizes of clothing I haven’t worn since high school!!

The Fitness Asylum isn’t just a gym, it’s a community of encouragement where you become FAmily!
