I started boxing as a way to get in shape. I had always heard about how it’s a total body workout and a great way to get rid of stress. After a few classes I decided I wanted to try sparring and absolutely fell in love with the “sweet science” of boxing.
I currently train with some of the best fighters and coaches in the sport and look forward to passing on the knowledge I have learned from them. I am a level 1 USA Boxing certified coach.
