Why I love being a coach at The Fitness Asylum:
The look on the face of a client, or that extra spring in their step, after they push themselves to achieve something they didn’t think was possible—lifting a heavier weight, setting a new PR, etc. Priceless.

Favorite music to workout to:
Hip-hop and throwbacks – something to keep me moving! It is NOT uncommon to see me dancing a jig during a rest.

Favorite clean eats:
Taco Tuesday Ground Turkey w/Cauliflower Rice & Salsa

Favorite not so clean eats:
ISO the perfect (preferably soft) pretzel and I won’t stop until I’ve found it.
