High energy and fun, I would say i’m a hands-on motivator focused on form and doing things correctly from the start. I definitely make you work for your rest but will be cheering you on the whole way!
Why I Love being a coach at The Fitness Asylum:
We all arrive at FA for different reasons whether it be to lose weight or improve our strength or overall health. No matter what brings you through the door, we can all relate to each other’s stories and struggles quite personally. It’s an honor and a total privilege to be an instructor at FA because it gives me the opportunity to give back to the very place that completely changed my life.

Ground chicken with Trader Joe’s chili lime seasoning. Toss will cauliflower rice and top with shredded lettuce, tomato and red onions.

The goat cheese/beat salad AND the braised short ribs at VIA are life changing
