The progression of the clients, and able to share in their success. The Fitness Asylum is a community like none other, many walk in strangers and have developed strong friendships, this is something that I enjoy seeing develop.

I really do like Burpees!

Active AFAA Group Exercise certified since 2015. TRX Small Group and Personal training qualified. American Red Cross, Accu Mobility Level 1 training. 2019 took 3 continuing ed courses, 1. Working with Older Adults: Health Challenges That Can Help, 2. Behavior Change Science, and 3. Working Through Cancer: Exercise as a Part of Recovery
