Beth Froberg | The Fitness Asylum

Beth Froberg

In January 2015, after having hit an “official” scale high of 315 pounds the year before, I realized a drastic change was needed. A few months in, with double-digit weight loss and a strategy of trying to find the answer on my own, I realized I would end up right back where I started if I did not find a way to a sustainable healthy lifestyle. I found the Fitness Asylum with the April 2015 Body Challenge and have never looked back! When I joined, I was focused on becoming healthy and lean – today, I consider myself a true endurance athlete and find myself part of a community of strong individuals who ask the best of themselves each and every day.
Instructing at the Fitness Asylum is simply a joy for me – watching the progress each client makes, both over time and the pride in completing a good workout. I am continually amazed at the life changes true underlying health can bring; as individuals we become stronger, more confident and allow ourselves to experience so much more – it is my hope to share the wonder life offers when we find where we truly belong. Welcome to the tribe!
