Have you always wanted to try yoga? Want to know how yoga can help supplement your training? Join us for 60 min of vinyasa yoga. This new specialty class is a great compliment to the work you’re already doing at The Fitness Asylum or an excellent way to find out what we’re all about. In this traditional yoga class, you’ll learn basic postures, stretching, breathing and experience how yoga can be a great addition to your training regimen or a great place to start. Start your week with a little time for yourself and find that yoga high.
