This specialty class is devoted to developing skills and strength in girls aged 13-17 and is equally ideal for student athletes as well as girls who are looking for an introduction to the Fitness Asylum Bootcamp workout. During this eight week session, we will teach teen girls proper form and technique when performing various exercises. Our StrongGirls will build confidence, strength and the value of living a healthy, fit lifestyle.
