Accelerate your fat loss with running the RIGHT way. This off-site class is ideal for bikini competitors looking to kick up fat loss, Spartan/OCR fanatics, College athletes, and everyone else in between. This is an outdoor destination series that meets Saturdays 7:00 am. Class duration is 45 minutes including thorough stretch and dynamic warm up.
