SGX is Spartan’s official training program. SGX will give you the physical and mental capacity to take on whatever challenges are thrown your way. In an SGX class, you will bend, crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, sprint, squat and twist…exactly what your body has been designed to do! Nearly anyone can finish a Spartan Race, including you! Spartan SGX is the best way to prepare for your next race – or first race – in a fun and supportive group setting.
