Come put your Kettlebell skills to work with our fat burning, strength building Kettlebell classes taught RKC Style. Every class is slightly different in format but will be built off of the foundational movements you learn in our INTRO classes. If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, adding Kettlebells into your fitness routine will absolutely move the needle for you.
