This is a hands on workshop for beginners and anyone looking to improve their kettlebell skills. The first 4 weeks we will breakdown all of the foundational Kettlebell movements you need to be safely and successfully optimizing kettlebells.
The next 4 weeks we will put our Kettlebell skills to work with our fat burning, strength building Kettlebell class.
If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, adding Kettlebells into your fitness routine will absolutely move the needle for you.
