Like our Bootcamps, GRIT (Group Interval Training) will improve your stamina & metabolic rate but with a different approach and format. There’s up to eight rounds of 20 second high intensity intervals with 10 seconds of rest with a varying number of exercises/stations. It’s a versatile training method that works your whole body yielding great results! We’ll give you a highly effective, efficient & challenging workout in far less than an hour.
