BOOTCAMP BASICS WORKSHOP

This class is good place to start if you’re new to The Fitness Asylum bootcamp-format workout but is also an excellent refresher for those looking to improve their form and increase the efficiency of their workouts. This class is conducted with a maximum of 15 spots so our certified instructors can devote plenty of time and energy to you. Bootcamp Basics is not a prerequisite to attend any of our bootcamps, but is an excellent enhancement to get the most out of your workouts whether you’re brand new to the Fitness Asylum or a seasoned veteran.
