AMP! | The Fitness Asylum


Our most challenging specialty class in terms of technical skill and experience required. AMP is a classic METCON style workout utilizing AMRAPs, EMOMs and some other classic WOD style workouts. AMP is designed to combine strength and conditioning with endurance training in one fast-paced and varied workout.

This is an advanced small-group training class for those who are comfortable and experienced with HIIT style workout.
