Suzanne Gulledge | The Fitness Asylum

Suzanne Gulledge

Coming back to the Fitness Asylum was one of the best decisions I could have made. I signed up for a body challenge years ago and became sick shortly after. I gave up on the challenge and kind of gave up on my health/myself, when I should have been doing the exact opposite.

When I heard about the Sprint Challenge it seemed like the perfect opportunity to come back and get reacquainted with the FA. I had been letting fear get the best of me for too long and I’ve grown tired of the the stories I’ve been telling myself all these years…excuses! So as soon as I saw the Sprint Challenge offered, I made up my mind that for 30 days I would follow Bonnie’s plan exactly…no excuses, no talking myself into cheating, no giving into social pressures.

My mantra throughout those 30 days was – FOLLOW THE PLAN, TRUST THE PLAN. It worked! I lost weight which is great, but what really matters to me is the boost in confidence, I needed it big time. I am truly so happy to be back at this funky, fun, unique place. EVERYONE is so kind and unbelievably supportive. I was incredibly nervous to start bootcamp again, now I can’t wait to go. With this great boost behind me, I’m on to the Spring Challenge and my next goal – 1 whole unassisted pull-up, lol!

Thank you Bonnie and everyone who offered such positive encouragement and support during bootcamp and on our Sprint page! IT FEELS DAMN GOOD TO BE BACK!
