We created The Fitness Asylum to be an escape from mainstream gyms. Though we are an edgy, boutique fitness studio, we want this to be your sanctuary from the daily grind. We offer a variety of personal and small group classes designed to help you unlock your true potential and achieve your goals. Here, you are not paying for a traditional gym membership you won’t use.
You are investing in classes that generate results. Anyone can do them and while the intensity of each class may vary, all of them burn fat and build lean muscle to help you look and feel your best. Our classes combine boxing, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, ropes, tabata, tires, and TRX suspension and our clients tell us they put other popular boot-camp classes to shame.
We offer classes designed to maximize participation for people with demanding schedules. Whether you prefer mornings, evenings or weekends, four, eight or 12 week sessions, our classes fit your lifestyle. You’ll be inspired to keep coming. We also conduct a body challenge that not only gives you the educational tools you need, but also the personal attention and support of a team who is taking the fitness journey with you.
Do you want to try one of our classes? For a drop in fee of $15 you can check out one of our several classes. We only ask two things:
1. Contact us first to make sure the class is still running. (please mention the class and time)
2. Fill out the Liabilty Waiver & Medical History Form and bring it with you. We will need these filled out before attempting any of our classes. Links to the forms can be found in the bottom left of this page.
