HARDCORE is all about building unshakeable core strength that radiates from within. Expect each session to push you to new limits as you engage your hips, glutes, and abs from every conceivable angle.

Under Coach Karina’s expert guidance, you’ll tackle a variety of exercises including weight lifting, resistance band work, and classic core-focused routines. Preview class is held on Thursday, March 28th at The Fitness Asylum’s Boylston location – 65 Shrewsbury Street, Boylston, MA. The preview is FREE for Members and $25 for non-members. You MUST sign-up in advance.
