DIRTY30 - NEW | The Fitness Asylum


Are you interested in a 30 minute strength workout takes everything you love about bootcamps but instead of moving quickly station to station you get more time to complete more reps and track them too.

DIRTY30 is a 10 station class (no planks – no fluff….) with 2 people per station working at the same time to complete as many reps in 2.5 minutes.

You can and will take breaks within that time, but then go right back to finish before the clock beeps.

You will record your reps, and have 30 seconds to go to the next station.

There will be of course 10 minutes of explanation / demo etc- but the workout is a full 30 minutes.

Not designed for beginners – but for someone who is looking for some challenging competitive fun and to maximize their time.
