3rd Annual Make-A-Wish Fundraiser

Calling all witches, monsters, ghosts and goblins!! Join us for our 3rd ANNUAL Halloween themed Bootcamp to benefit Make A Wish Foundation of MA/RI.

We will be having 5 fun filled Halloween themed bootcamps.
We will be having 5 fun filled Halloween themed bootcamps:

6am, 7am, 8am, 9am

10:30am Kids Bootcamp (ages 5-12)

Everyone must be signed up on MINDBODY Online. You will not be charged for the class online. We will be asking for a minimum $20 cash/check donation at the door. Come dressed in your Halloween best!! Prizes will be given out for the best costume!

You do not need to be a member of the FA to join in on this amazing event!

Swing for a Cure Fundraiser

For the month of October join our Swing for a Cure Fundraiser for Breast Cancer!

We are raising money for Breast Cancer and helping people get fit – Please join us!

The Challenge:

The actual Kettlebell swing component is to declare and commit to a set amount of swings – we are suggesting 100, 200 or 300 swings daily. Obviously you can break up the amount however you would like – even changing up the size bell you use.

Those participating would do ‘X’ amount of swings every day for the 31 days in October. Even if you can’t bite off a big commitment – what about 31 swings per day? We will be looking for videos where you show your swings and tag your friends to join in (so even if they don’t do all 31 days with you they took 5 minutes out of their day to SWING FOR A CURE). Please add the hashtag #kbswingforacure.

The Donations:

We are asking all participants to donate (at least) $31 (number of days in October – Breast Cancer Awareness Month) Directly to:
